“As a mom, I want the best for my child. Although I had the best intentions, I was concerned about the actual message my child was hearing when I was promoting healthy eating and exercise. I wanted a way to teach my child about a healthy lifestyle without sending the wrong messages or creating a negative effect from “mom.” Elisabeth’s Wellness Program was the perfect solution. While talking with Elisabeth about my child, it struck me that her program could help me as well. I have a form of endometriosis. An anti-inflammatory diet was suggested to me as a way of helping my symptoms and managing my overall health. I hadn’t even tried this diet. I dubbed it as “too hard.” With Elisabeth’s help, I’ve learned to switch out my usual habits and needs for anti-inflammatory alternatives. After just one month, my symptoms were much less severe, and I look forward to the coming months to see if there is even less pain. I cannot believe how much better I feel!
